  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of Skechers products, including features, benefits, and current trends.
  4. Assist customers in finding the perfect product to meet their needs and style preferences.
  5. Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell products, while also maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of store inventory, including sizes, colors, and styles available.
  7. Keep the store organized and visually appealing by regularly restocking and arranging merchandise.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to better assist customers and increase sales.
  11. Continuously strive to improve personal sales skills and knowledge of Skechers products.
  12. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and tagging new merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Skechers brand with enthusiasm and passion.
