We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Floor Leader at our Citrus Heights location. As a Floor Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store.
  2. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained at all times.
  3. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  4. Assist customers in finding and trying on products, providing excellent customer service.
  5. Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  6. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  7. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
  9. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
  10. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales strategies.
  11. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  13. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
  16. Represent the company's brand and values in a positive and professional manner.
  17. Collaborate with other floor leaders and management to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
  18. Continuously strive to improve store performance and achieve sales goals.
  19. Complete other duties as assigned by store management.
  20. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service and product quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Retail Experience: A Retail Floor Leader At Skechers In Citrus Heights Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Drive Sales, Manage A Team, And Provide Excellent Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Leader On The Retail Floor, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management. This Includes Being Able To Give Clear Directions, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints.

  • Leadership Abilities: A Retail Floor Leader Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Sales Goals. They Should Also Have Experience With Managing And Training A Team, As Well As The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively.

  • Product Knowledge: In Order To Be Successful In This Role, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Skechers Products, Including Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Will Allow Them To Assist Customers With Their Purchases And Provide Product Recommendations To Meet Their Needs.

  • Customer Focus: At Skechers, Providing An Exceptional Customer Experience Is A Top Priority. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Anticipate And Meet The Needs Of Customers. This Includes Providing Personalized Service, Resolving Issues Quickly And Effectively, And Creating A Positive And Welcoming Atmosphere On The Retail Floor.
