- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Skechers brand and products.
- Train and develop sales associates to provide knowledgeable and effective customer service and to meet sales goals.
- Oversee the overall appearance and operation of the retail store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory control, loss prevention, and cash handling.
- Utilize analytical skills and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive business forward.
- Act as a role model and mentor for sales associates, promoting a positive and professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with store management and corporate team to provide feedback and make recommendations for improvements.

Demonstrated Leadership Experience: As A Retail Floor Leader At Barton Creek Mall, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team In A Retail Environment. This Could Include Experience As A Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Or Team Lead.
Strong Customer Service Skills: The Retail Floor Leader Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Excellent Customer Service Is Provided To All Shoppers At Barton Creek Mall. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Customer Issues.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Visual Merchandising. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Lead And Guide The Team On The Sales Floor.
