- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Skechers products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively assist customers.
- Act as a leader and role model for the sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times by regularly monitoring and tidying the sales floor and product displays.
- Train and onboard new sales associates, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to be successful in their roles.
- Monitor and track sales goals and performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and recommendations for the store.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Previous Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role, Is Required For This Position. This Experience Should Showcase A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Customer Service, And Sales Techniques.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Retail Floor Leader, Effective Communication With Customers, Team Members, And Management Is Crucial. Candidates Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Instructions.
Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Is A Key Qualification For This Role. Retail Floor Leaders Should Be Able To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Feedback, And Maintain A Positive And Productive Work Environment.
