- Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and provide friendly and welcoming interactions with customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure all products are displayed properly and in stock.

Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For A Retail Floor Leader Position At Skechers Will Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Retail Experience Is Required For This Role, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Position. The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Retail Operations And Be Able To Effectively Manage Store Operations.
Product Knowledge: A Deep Knowledge And Passion For Skechers Products Is Essential For A Retail Floor Leader. The Candidate Should Be Able To Confidently Communicate Product Features And Benefits To Customers, As Well As Train And Coach Team Members On Product Knowledge.
Customer Service Orientation: As A Leader On The Retail Floor, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Customer Service Orientation And Be Able To Handle Customer Complaints Or Issues Effectively. They Should Also Be Able To Lead By Example And Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Create A Positive Shopping Experience.
