In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our retail team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. As a Floor Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and dynamic shopping experience for our customers.   1. Lead and inspire the retail team to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Set and communicate sales goals to the team.
  3. Create a positive and dynamic shopping experience for customers.
  4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  5. Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  6. Ensure store policies and procedures are followed by all team members.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  10. Act as a role model for the team, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive work culture.
  11. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  14. Schedule and coordinate team members' shifts and breaks.
  15. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
  16. Conduct regular meetings and trainings to keep the team informed and motivated.
  17. Provide regular updates on team performance and progress towards sales goals.
  18. Communicate effectively with management and other departments within the company.
  19. Actively participate in company initiatives and promotions.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
