As a Floor Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the visual appeal of our store.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling their needs and preferences.
  3. Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of the Skechers brand and its products.
  4. Lead by example and serve as a role model for the sales team in terms of customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation.
  5. Train, coach, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and manage the store's sales floor, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Assist in receiving and restocking merchandise, as well as maintaining proper inventory levels.
  8. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  9. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to make informed sales and merchandising decisions.
  11. Conduct regular store walks to assess the store's overall appearance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  13. Communicate effectively with the store team and provide regular updates to the store manager.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
