  1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Ensure that the store is neat, clean, and well-organized at all times.
  3. Oversee and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales goals, promotions, and any other important information.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
  7. Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and any other inquiries.
  8. Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
  11. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive and visually appealing displays.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases.
  13. Provide feedback to upper management on sales performance, customer feedback, and any other relevant information.
  14. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
  15. Uphold the company's brand image and values at all times.
