Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Floor Leader at Skechers USA. As a leader on our sales floor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and efficiency of the store. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team, while promoting our brand and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for individuals with a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience.
  3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product selection and promote the brand.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
  5. Create and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.
  6. Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the brand and store policies.
  7. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  8. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization to maintain adequate stock levels.
  9. Assist in the hiring, training, and development of sales associates.
  10. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for store improvement and growth.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  12. Act as a role model for the team, displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to the brand.
  13. Participate in regular meetings and provide feedback to upper management on store performance and customer feedback.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role Is Required For A Retail Floor Leader Position At Skechers Usa. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Daily Store Operations, Managing A Team, And Achieving Sales Goals.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Retail Floor Leader, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Such As Effective Communication, Decision-Making, And Problem-Solving Are Essential For This Role.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service Is A Key Qualification For A Retail Floor Leader Position. This Includes The Ability To Interact With Customers In A Friendly And Professional Manner, Resolve Customer Complaints, And Maintain A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Product Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Skechers Usa Is Required For A Retail Floor Leader. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Shoe Styles, Features, And Benefits, As Well As Any Current Promotions Or Sales.
