Job Description

Are you an outgoing, helpful and motivated Customer Care Representative with a passion for customer service? Skechers USA is looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team and provide a superior customer experience to our customers.As a Retail Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of Skechers USA, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You should be highly organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to think on your feet to resolve customer issues.To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service related role• Excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional attitude• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently• A solid understanding of customer service best practices• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office• High school diploma or equivalentIf you are looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers and help us build a world-class customer service team, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are addressed in a satisfactory manner

• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers

• Monitor customer feedback and trends to improve customer service

• Maintain customer records in an up-to-date manner

• Assist customers in navigating the Skechers website and locating desired products

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take action to resolve customer issues

• Provide feedback to management on customer service and customer satisfaction

• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met

• Create and maintain reports on customer service activities

• Adhere to company policies and procedures and customer service best practices
