Skechers USA is looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team and provide a superior customer experience to our customers.As a Retail Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of Skechers USA, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

• Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are addressed in a satisfactory manner
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customers
• Monitor customer feedback and trends to improve customer service
• Maintain customer records in an up-to-date manner
• Assist customers in navigating the Skechers website and locating desired products
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take action to resolve customer issues
• Provide feedback to management on customer service and customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
• Create and maintain reports on customer service activities
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and customer service best practices
