  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  2. Manage daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  3. Develop and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about the brand and products, and are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, set targets, and take appropriate action to maximize sales and profitability.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
  6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store goals.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognition, and accountability among team members.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of new and existing team members.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the Skechers brand and promoting its values and mission.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Retail Assistant Store Manager At Skechers Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Feedback And Coaching, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Representation Of The Brand, A Retail Assistant Store Manager Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive And Memorable Shopping Experience For Customers.
