  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Drive sales by setting and achieving sales targets, and motivating and coaching sales associates to meet and exceed goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner
  • Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies and procedures
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members, and provide ongoing support and guidance to all staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the Store Manager to place orders and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Conduct regular store audits and implement necessary changes to improve store performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Skechers, promoting the company's values and culture to customers and employees alike.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Is Typically Required For An Assistant Store Manager Position At Skechers. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Daily Operations, Managing A Team, And Driving Sales.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Key Member Of The Store Management Team, An Assistant Store Manager Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
