- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
- Encourage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee work schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to suggest new sales techniques and strategies.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas for improving store operations.
- Uphold the company's brand image and values at all times.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Techniques.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In Footwear Or Apparel.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train, Motivate, And Manage A Team Of Retail Associates.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Maintain A Positive Attitude.
Flexibility To Work A Full-Time Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed.
