  1. Oversee the flow of products from the warehouse to the store, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
  2. Manage a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the product flow process.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve any product flow issues.
  6. Maintain and update product flow records and reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Ensure that all products are properly tagged and labeled for accurate tracking and inventory management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols in the product flow process.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences to inform product flow decisions.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any product flow-related customer inquiries or concerns.
  11. Represent the Skechers brand by embodying its values and promoting its mission to inspire and be inspired by customers.
  12. Continuously assess and improve product flow processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Collaborate with the retail team to plan and execute product launches and promotions.
  14. Conduct regular audits of product flow procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  15. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Retail Or Distribution Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Product Flow Processes, Including Inventory Management, Shipping And Receiving, And Order Fulfillment.

  • Excellent Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Computer Systems And Software, Such As Warehouse Management Systems And Microsoft Office.
