- Oversee the flow of products from the warehouse to the store, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Manage a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the product flow process.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve any product flow issues.
- Maintain and update product flow records and reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all products are properly tagged and labeled for accurate tracking and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols in the product flow process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences to inform product flow decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any product flow-related customer inquiries or concerns.
- Represent the Skechers brand by embodying its values and promoting its mission to inspire and be inspired by customers.
- Continuously assess and improve product flow processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the retail team to plan and execute product launches and promotions.
- Conduct regular audits of product flow procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Retail Or Distribution Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Product Flow Processes, Including Inventory Management, Shipping And Receiving, And Order Fulfillment.
Excellent Organizational And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proficiency In Relevant Computer Systems And Software, Such As Warehouse Management Systems And Microsoft Office.
