  1. Conduct data analysis to identify sales trends, customer preferences, and product performance.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product replenishment and allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies.
  4. Assist in the creation of product assortments and pricing strategies.
  5. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the footwear industry.
  6. Analyze sales data to make recommendations for product markdowns and promotions.
  7. Support the merchandising team in creating presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in various systems.
  9. Participate in product line reviews and provide insights on product performance.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of merchandising processes and procedures.
  11. Support the team in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  12. Stay informed about industry and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
  13. Assist in managing and organizing product samples and visual merchandising displays.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving merchandising strategies.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the company.
