- Design and develop engaging and innovative learning programs that align with Skechers' company culture and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure learning programs are up-to-date and relevant.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather relevant content and feedback.
- Create and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance learning experiences for employees.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure consistency and quality across all learning programs.
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of learning programs.
- Continuously monitor and assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and update learning materials and resources to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Assist in the implementation of learning management systems and other technology tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Act as a champion for learning and development within the organization and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Adhere to deadlines and project timelines to ensure timely delivery of learning programs.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Learning Theories And Instructional Design Principles.
Experience Designing And Developing Engaging And Interactive Learning Experiences For Diverse Audiences.
Proficiency In E-Learning Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Or Similar.
Ability To Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Content And Create Effective Learning Solutions.
