GRC Analyst

Skechers USA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated GRC Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving and possess a strong knowledge of risk and compliance management. In this role, you will provide support to the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team by performing risk assessments, monitoring controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing GRC tools and related processes, and working collaboratively with other departments to identify, analyze and mitigate risk.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or economics. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in GRC, risk and/or compliance management. A strong understanding of GRC tools, such as SAP GRC or Archer, is essential. 2. Manage GRC tools and related processes.
3. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risk.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure GRC objectives are met.
5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
6. Provide regular reports and updates on GRC activities to management.
7. Ensure GRC procedures and policies are followed.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GRC related technologies, trends, and best practices.
9. Handle all other duties as assigned.
