  1. Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Create a positive and productive work environment for the team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to improve performance.
  5. Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised, maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
  6. Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and goals, utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments to stay competitive.
  10. Foster a strong relationship with customers, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
  11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new product releases.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
  13. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.
  14. Participate in hiring and training new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  15. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, seeking out opportunities for advancement within the company.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Floor Leader At Skechers Must Have Proven Experience In Effectively Managing And Leading A Team. This Includes Setting Clear Goals And Expectations, Providing Guidance And Support, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Floor Leader, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Team Members. This Requires Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Listen Actively And Provide Clear And Concise Instructions.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment Is Essential For A Floor Leader At Skechers. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Strategies, Inventory Management, And Customer Service Techniques.

  • Product Knowledge: A Good Understanding Of Skechers Products Is Necessary For A Floor Leader, As You Will Be Responsible For Training And Coaching Team Members On Product Features And Benefits. This Also Includes Staying Up-To-Date On New Releases And Promotions.
