- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Set an example for the team by consistently providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to drive sales and improve performance.
- Create and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales, including visual merchandising and product placement.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate important updates and information to the team.
