  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand's digital content remains relevant and effective.
  4. Help maintain and update the company's website, ensuring all content is accurate and optimized for SEO.
  5. Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital content, making recommendations for improvement.
  7. Assist in creating and managing a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate feedback on digital content.
  9. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all digital content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
