  1. Develop and implement digital asset management strategies and processes to effectively manage and organize digital assets.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand digital asset needs and ensure assets are easily accessible for various departments.
  3. Maintain a digital asset library and ensure all assets are properly tagged and indexed for efficient search and retrieval.
  4. Monitor and track usage rights for digital assets to ensure compliance with copyright and licensing agreements.
  5. Regularly audit the digital asset library to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of assets.
  6. Optimize digital assets for various platforms and channels, including web, social media, and email campaigns.
  7. Work closely with the design team to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and are visually appealing.
  8. Train and educate team members on best practices for managing and utilizing digital assets.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to digital asset management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to digital assets and assist with technical support when needed.
  11. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital assets.
  12. Provide regular reports and insights on digital asset usage and performance to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute digital asset campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
  14. Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control to ensure all digital assets meet company standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Library Science, Information Management, Or Digital Media.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In Digital Asset Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Proficient In Digital Asset Management Software And Systems, Such As Adobe Experience Manager Or Canto Cumulus.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital File Formats, Metadata Standards, And Copyright Laws.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.
