Job Description

Welcome to Skechers, a global leader in the footwear industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Data Platform Manager. As the CDP Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our data management platform, ensuring accurate and efficient collection, processing, and analysis of customer data. This role requires a strong understanding of data management and analytics, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth and have a knack for problem-solving, we want you on our team!

  1. Develop and maintain the customer data management platform for Skechers, ensuring accurate and efficient collection, processing, and analysis of customer data.
  2. Lead the implementation and integration of new data management tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and solutions.
  4. Create and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
  5. Monitor and analyze data usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
  6. Train and support team members on how to effectively use the data management platform and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support data management initiatives.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and insights on the performance of the data management platform.
  10. Manage projects related to data management, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
  11. Proactively identify and address any data quality issues, working with relevant teams to resolve them.
  12. Adhere to all relevant data privacy regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to data management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Customer Data Platform Or Crm System.

  • Expertise In Data Management, Segmentation, And Analytics To Drive Customer Insights And Personalized Marketing Strategies.

  • Experience With Customer Data Platforms Such As Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Or Segment.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Deadlines.
