In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing chargeback data and working with key account customers to collect payments from outstanding accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner. 9. Prepare reports detailing chargeback data and customer payment information.
10. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
