As our Buying Manager for Women's Lifestyle, you will play a crucial role in curating our product assortment and driving sales for this category.   1. Curate and manage the product assortment for the women's lifestyle category, ensuring it aligns with the brand's vision and meets customer demand.
  2. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on trends in the women's lifestyle market to inform buying decisions.
  3. Identify and source new and innovative products to add to the assortment.
  4. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and work with the planning team to optimize stock levels.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best products and deals.
  7. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make strategic buying decisions.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional strategies for the women's lifestyle category.
  9. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and optimal product delivery.
  10. Train and mentor buying team members and provide guidance on product selection and negotiation tactics.
  11. Attend trade shows and industry events to stay informed about the latest trends and products.
  12. Ensure all products meet quality standards and address any issues that may arise.
  13. Monitor and report on competitor's product assortment and pricing strategies.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve the buying process and drive sales for the women's lifestyle category.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Retail Buying: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Buying Or Merchandising Role Within The Retail Industry, With A Strong Focus On Women's Lifestyle Products.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Consumer Behavior: A Deep Understanding Of Current And Emerging Fashion Trends In The Women's Lifestyle Market, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Preferences.
