1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
2. Support the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee scheduling.
3. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to the company's values and mission.
4. Assist in training and developing team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and able to provide exceptional customer service.

10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed recommendations to the store manager.
11. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
12. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and policies.
13. Support and promote company initiatives, such as sales promotions and community events.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and represent the Skechers brand with pride.
15. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the store manager to contribute to the success of the store and the company as a whole.
