Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as the 2nd Assistant Manager at our store. As the 2nd Assistant Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations, while also providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brand, has excellent leadership skills, and is ready to take on new challenges. If you have a love for fashion and a desire to grow within a dynamic company, then we want you on our team.

  1. Support the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Skechers products and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends.
  4. Assist in training and development of store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  5. Act as a role model for the team by consistently exhibiting a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.
  7. Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
  8. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed by all team members.
  12. Assist in resolving any customer or employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  14. Be a brand ambassador and promote a positive image of Skechers to customers.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A 2Nd Assistant Manager At Skechers, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Store Operations And Leading A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, A Key Qualification For This Role Is Having Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Your Team.

Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Convey Information, Resolve Conflicts, And Build Relationships.

  • Attention To Detail And Organization: The Retail Industry Is Fast-Paced And Requires Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills. As A 2Nd Assistant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Tasks Such As Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Scheduling, So It Is Important To Have These Skills In Order To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.
