- Support the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Skechers products and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends.
- Assist in training and development of store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Act as a role model for the team by consistently exhibiting a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
