  1. Assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Skechers store.
  2. Ensure that the store is properly staffed and all team members are trained and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
  4. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  5. Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure that the store is clean and well-organized at all times.
  8. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance and report to the store manager on a regular basis.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the store manager.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that all team members do the same.
  12. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the store manager.

  • Prior Retail Management Experience: Experience In A Retail Environment, Especially In A Management Role, Is Essential For Success As A 2Nd Assistant Manager At Skechers. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Store Operations And The Ability To Lead A Team Effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A 2Nd Assistant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Employees On A Daily Basis. Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Listen Actively And Resolve Conflicts, Are Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Leadership Abilities: The 2Nd Assistant Manager Is Expected To Assist The Store Manager In Leading And Motivating A Team Of Employees. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Set A Positive Example For Others.
