Job Description

Coordinate contract process, including preparation of legal documents and evaluation of draft documents for review, and routing for approval and signature. Serve as point of contact for Care Site departments entering into a contract, including interface and communication with SCL legal counsel. Maintain and manage the contract management database. Upload fully executed legal documents and prepare weekly status reports on contract status, including forecasting and weekly status reports to Care Site Senior Team. Abstract contract data via regularly scheduled reports and on an ad hoc basis as requested. Educate and train Care Site departments regarding the contracting processes and make recommendations for appropriate changes in contract procedures, filing and recordkeeping systems. Coordinate the annual contract review as required by applicable accreditation or regulatory bodies, including identifying the current contracts to be reviewed, developing/updating evaluation templates, and disseminating agreements and evaluation templates for review.

Job Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a Paralegal, required

  • Previous contract administration experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
