Newscast Director

As an experienced Newscast Director at Sinclair Broadcast Group, you will be responsible for the production and technical execution of live news broadcasts and other programming. You will be expected to have an exceptional eye for detail and an understanding of the technical aspects of broadcasting, working as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate news production. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for the news industry.To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years of experience in a newsroom environment and a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of broadcast production. Additionally, you must possess superior organizational skills, be able to multi-task effectively, and be comfortable working with a wide range of personalities. Knowledge of Avid editing systems, non-linear editing, and Final Cut Pro 7 is preferred.
