This role will play a crucial role in financing and capital markets strategies for our diverse portfolio of properties.   1. Develop and execute financing and capital markets strategies for Simon Property Group's global portfolio.
  2. Oversee and manage all financial aspects of real estate transactions, including debt and equity financing, refinancing, and capital raising.
  3. Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions.
  4. Collaborate with various internal teams, including investment, asset management, and development, to assess and advise on financing options for new and existing properties.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financing and capital markets strategies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and other external stakeholders to secure favorable financing terms and capital partnerships.
  7. Monitor and manage the company's debt portfolio, including refinancing opportunities and debt restructuring.
  8. Provide guidance and support to regional finance teams on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  10. Represent the company in various industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and network with potential financing partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Finance, With A Focus On Capital Markets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Including Cash Flow Modeling And Valuation Techniques.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Negotiating Complex Financing Transactions, Including Debt And Equity Deals.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Departments.
