We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Vice President of Advancement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our company's advancement efforts, working closely with our executive team to drive growth and success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in fundraising and relationship building, who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the retail industry.   1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the company's advancement efforts, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the executive team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to drive growth and success.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, business partners, and industry leaders.
  4. Lead and manage a team of advancement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve fundraising and relationship building goals.
  5. Create and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives to secure financial support for the company's projects and initiatives.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential funding sources and opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong brand image for the company's advancement efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand and values.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's advancement efforts and build relationships.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fundraising and relationship building to continuously improve the company's approach.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on the progress and impact of the company's advancement efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Fundraising And/Or Sales, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals And Driving Results.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Fundraising Campaigns And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Donors And Community Partners.
