Tenant Account Analyst

In this role, you will review tenant account activity, revenue recognition, and lease compliance, and provide reports to department leaders. You will also work with tenants to ensure their accounts are up-to-date and accurately reflect their balance. Responsibilities: • Analyze tenant accounts and provide reports to department leaders. • Review tenant account activity, revenue recognition, and lease compliance. • Work with tenants to ensure their accounts are up-to-date and accurately reflect their balance. • Ensure compliance with real estate and leasing principles. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant accounts. • Monitor account activity and payments to identify any discrepancies. • Resolve any tenant issues or disputes in a timely manner. • Follow up with tenants to ensure timely payment of rent and other charges. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants. • Research and respond to tenant inquiries. • Assist with the preparation of tenant statements and other financial documents. • Work with property managers to ensure proper lease administration.
