Extensive Experience In Financial Management: A Senior Counsel, Finance At Simon Property Group Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Financial Transactions, Conducting Financial Analysis, And Developing Strategic Financial Plans. They Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.
Strong Legal Background: As A Senior Counsel, Finance, The Candidate Must Have A Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree And Be Admitted To The Bar In The State Where The Position Is Located. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Corporate And Real Estate Finance Law, As Well As Experience In Negotiating And Drafting Complex Legal Agreements.
