- Process Payments: Process and accurately record payments for tenants and vendors in a timely manner.
- Analyze Payment Data: Analyze payment data to identify any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure Accuracy: Review and reconcile payment records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with Tenants and Vendors: Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding payment-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain Payment Records: Maintain organized and accurate payment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective payment processing.
- Monitor Payment Systems: Monitor payment systems and processes to ensure they are functioning properly and make recommendations for improvements when necessary.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to payment processing and financial recordkeeping.
- Provide Financial Reports: Prepare and provide financial reports related to payment processing as needed.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed and updated on industry trends and best practices related to payment processing.
- Assist with Audits: Assist with internal and external audits related to payment processing.
- Train New Team Members: Train and mentor new team members on payment processing procedures and best practices.
- Uphold Company Values: Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Payment Processing, Preferably In A Retail Or Commercial Real Estate Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software.
Knowledge Of Payment Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
