Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payment Services Analyst to join our dynamic team at Simon Property Group. As a Payment Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments for our tenants and vendors. Your strong analytical skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment.   1. Process Payments: Process and accurately record payments for tenants and vendors in a timely manner.
  2. Analyze Payment Data: Analyze payment data to identify any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions.
  3. Ensure Accuracy: Review and reconcile payment records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Communicate with Tenants and Vendors: Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding payment-related inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain Payment Records: Maintain organized and accurate payment records and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective payment processing.
  7. Monitor Payment Systems: Monitor payment systems and processes to ensure they are functioning properly and make recommendations for improvements when necessary.
  8. Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to payment processing and financial recordkeeping.
  9. Provide Financial Reports: Prepare and provide financial reports related to payment processing as needed.
  10. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed and updated on industry trends and best practices related to payment processing.
  11. Assist with Audits: Assist with internal and external audits related to payment processing.
  12. Train New Team Members: Train and mentor new team members on payment processing procedures and best practices.
  13. Uphold Company Values: Uphold the company's values and represent the organization in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Payment Processing, Preferably In A Retail Or Commercial Real Estate Environment.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software.

  • Knowledge Of Payment Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
