Job Description

Welcome to Simon Property Group, the largest shopping mall operator in the United States. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Mall Management Trainees. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of mall management, including marketing, operations, and leasing.   1. Learn all aspects of mall management: The Mall Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and understanding all aspects of mall management, including marketing, operations, and leasing.
  2. Assist with marketing efforts: The Trainee will be responsible for assisting with marketing efforts to promote the mall and its events, including coordinating with vendors and creating marketing materials.
  3. Support operations: The Trainee will assist with various operational tasks, such as overseeing maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the safety and security of the mall.
  4. Assist with leasing activities: The Trainee will have the opportunity to work with the leasing team to learn about the leasing process, conduct market research, and assist with lease negotiations.

  8. Attend training and development programs: The Trainee will be required to attend training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge within the retail industry and mall management.
  9. Collaborate with team members: The Trainee will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the mall and to provide excellent customer service to tenants and customers.
  10. Demonstrate a passion for the retail industry: As a representative of Simon Property Group, the Trainee should have a genuine passion for the retail industry and a desire to excel in the field of mall management.

Job Qualifications
