Responsibilities:

1. Performing general maintenance and repair activities in accordance with established safety protocols.
2. Troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
3. Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards.
4. Monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the facility and its equipment.
5. Performing regular inspections of the facility and its equipment.
6. Maintaining an inventory of supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
7. Assisting in the set-up and breakdown of special events.
8. Filling out work orders and other paperwork related to maintenance and repairs.
9. Responding to emergency situations in a timely manner.
10. Following all safety protocols and procedures.
