  1. Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions, leasing, and litigation.
  2. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  3. Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's management and various departments.
  4. Review and negotiate real estate contracts and leases.
  5. Manage and oversee ongoing legal matters and cases, working closely with outside counsel.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Assist in managing the legal budget and expenses.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies.
  12. Train and mentor junior legal staff.
  13. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Responsible for maintaining legal records and documentation.
  16. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures.
  17. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recommend improvements to legal processes.
  18. Communicate legal developments and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  19. Conduct legal audits and provide recommendations for compliance.
  20. Other duties as assigned by the legal department or senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills

  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In Real Estate Or Commercial Law
