Job Description

Create, modify, customize, and maintain BI/Analytics reports, report templates, dashboards and content organization using SAP Crystal Reports 2016, SQL Crystal Reports Enterprise, SAP Web Intelligence, SAP Explorer, Microsoft SQL Services Analysis Services, Microsoft Data Gateway, and Microsoft Power BI. Analyze, develop, and optimize SQL code. Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, including server configuration and application troubleshooting including Apache Tomcat and SAP Business Objects. Install, configure, deploy, and maintain the system of Analytics for our BI/Analytics environments, currently using GB & Smith’s 360. Audit and benchmark BI/Analytics tool functionality, security, access, rights, and performance. Troubleshoot issues as necessary while providing professional customer service. Provide technical support and guidance to users and other administrators. Work closely with the systems administration team to resolve issues with server performance and user access.

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience in BI/Analytics.

  • The ability to work with business SME is to translate business requirements and KPIs into BI/Analytics models, views, reports, dashboards, and query objects.

  • Ability to write scripts for automating tasks including PowerShell and vbscript.
