Welcome to Shoe Carnival, where we believe that every shoe has a story to tell. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide our customers with a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of passionate sales associates, driving sales and profitability, and creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.   1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
  2. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for the store.
  4. Train and develop team members to ensure a high level of product knowledge and customer service skills.
  5. Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
  9. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

  • Leadership Skills: A Store Manager At Shoe Carnival Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • Retail Experience: This Role Requires A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Footwear Industry.
