- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve store goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage store budget to ensure profitability.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Continuously seek out new marketing and promotional opportunities to increase store visibility and attract new customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development.
- Monitor and maintain store security and safety protocols to protect company assets and staff.
- Collaborate with other Store Managers to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In The Shoe Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills.
Proficiency In Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Budgeting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
