1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet sales targets.
2. Oversee daily store operations and ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
3. Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve store goals.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
5. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store.

14. Monitor and maintain store security and safety protocols to protect company assets and staff.
