Previous Retail Management Experience: A Store Lead At Shoe Carnival Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Footwear Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Store Operations, Managing A Team, And Meeting Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Store Lead Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates, Setting Clear Expectations And Providing Guidance And Support As Needed. They Should Also Have The Ability To Make Decisions And Solve Problems Independently.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Shoe Carnival Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And The Store Lead Should Embody This Value.
