- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding their desired products and provide them with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all store policies and procedures and ensure they are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor, restock shelves and displays, and assist with inventory management.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service and knowledge of products.
- Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, appearance, and behavior.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
