1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping merchandise in its designated areas.
4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
6. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and new product arrivals to better assist customers.
7. Promote and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the store.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
9. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to safety and security.
10. Attend training sessions and store meetings to stay informed about new products, policies, and procedures.
11. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's dress code standards.
12. Act as a brand ambassador by representing Shoe Carnival's values and promoting a positive image of the company.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
