- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and new product arrivals to better assist customers.
- Promote and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to safety and security.
- Attend training sessions and store meetings to stay informed about new products, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's dress code standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing Shoe Carnival's values and promoting a positive image of the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Store Associate At Shoe Carnival Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To All Customers.
Knowledge Of Shoe Products: A Store Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Different Shoe Brands, Styles, And Sizes To Assist Customers In Finding The Perfect Fit.
Sales Experience: A Successful Store Associate Should Have Previous Experience In Sales And Be Able To Meet Daily And Monthly Sales Targets.
Organizational Skills: A Store Associate Should Possess Strong Organizational Skills To Keep The Store Tidy And Presentable, Restock Shelves, And Maintain Inventory Levels.
