1. Accurately receive and sort incoming merchandise shipments.
2. Inspect merchandise for quality and ensure it meets company standards.
3. Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
4. Process merchandise by tagging, labeling, and pricing according to company guidelines.
5. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for all processed merchandise.
6. Collaborate with team members and communicate any discrepancies or issues with incoming merchandise.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions and assisting with product inquiries as needed.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding merchandise processing and inventory control.
10. Meet productivity and efficiency goals set by management.
11. Continuously monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
12. Assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
13. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and pricing information.
14. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
