- Develop and implement strategic financial plans for the company's merchandise division.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast and plan inventory levels.
- Manage budget and financial targets for merchandise department.
- Communicate financial plans and performance to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with merchandising team to develop pricing strategies and promotional plans.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance of merchandise categories and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales and inventory data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate merchandise and financial data in company systems.
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry and market trends to inform financial planning decisions.
- Train and mentor junior members of the merchandise financial planning team.
- Implement and improve financial planning processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Merchandise Planning Or Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Amounts Of Data.
Proficiency In Financial Planning And Budgeting Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
