  1. Monitor and maintain the overall safety and security of the store premises.
  2. Conduct regular checks of the store to identify any potential security threats or safety hazards.
  3. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  4. Monitor and control access to restricted areas of the store.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Investigate and report any incidents of theft or suspicious activities.
  7. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement to resolve any security or safety issues.
  8. Train and educate store employees on security and safety procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention activities.
  10. Monitor and review surveillance footage to identify and prevent theft or other security issues.
  11. Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers and employees regarding safety and security concerns.
  13. Conduct internal investigations and interviews as needed.
  14. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new strategies to improve loss prevention efforts.
  15. Assist with inventory control and management to prevent shrinkage.
  16. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the company.
  17. Continuously assess and improve loss prevention processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Loss Prevention Or Security: A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Methods Is Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Security Systems And Equipment: Familiarity With Cctv Systems, Alarm Systems, And Other Security Equipment Is Important For Effectively Monitoring And Preventing Theft.
