8. Keep accurate and detailed records of all incidents and investigations, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity at all times.
9. Stay updated on industry developments and trends related to loss prevention, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies and technologies.
10. Communicate effectively with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
11. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security measures, such as alarms, locks, and cameras.
12. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans.
13. Conduct background checks and verify employment history for potential employees.
14. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times, providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive image of the company.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
