- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies and procedures.
- Train and educate store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
- Use surveillance equipment and technology to monitor store activity and identify potential risks.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies to report and handle any incidents of theft or fraud.
- Keep detailed records and documentation of all loss prevention activities and incidents.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Loss Prevention Associate At Shoe Carnival Should Have At Least A High School Education Or Equivalent, As This Job Requires A Basic Level Of Education To Understand Company Policies And Procedures.
Previous Experience In Loss Prevention: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Ability To Identify And Prevent Theft And Fraud.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Loss Prevention Associate, One Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Store Employees To Address Any Potential Security Concerns. This Requires Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
