Job Description

As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by ensuring the safety and security of our stores and merchandise.   1. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the store and merchandise.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential security risks.
  3. Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures.
  4. Train and educate store staff on loss prevention best practices.
  5. Detect and deter theft, fraud, and other illegal activities.
  6. Investigate and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities.
  7. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loss prevention incidents.
  9. Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activity.
  10. Work closely with law enforcement and other external partners, as needed.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques in loss prevention.
  12. Respond to emergency situations and follow proper protocol.
  13. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  14. Communicate any potential security risks or issues to management.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any safety concerns or questions from customers.
