1. Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
3. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
4. Monitor and maintain store appearance, including merchandise displays, cleanliness, and organization.
5. Ensure proper inventory management and accuracy of stock levels on the sales floor.
6. Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
7. Communicate with upper management regarding any issues or concerns and provide solutions.
8. Motivate and encourage team members to achieve sales goals and meet performance expectations.
9. Uphold company values and policies, including safety and security protocols.
10. Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve overall store success.
11. Stay up-to-date on current fashion and footwear trends to assist customers with their shopping needs.
12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
13. Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
14. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a fun and welcoming environment for both customers and associates.
